Prime Robotics is showcasing Advanced Tall Pallet Station (TPS), a hybrid automation cell to enable mixed-case palletization at industry leading speed. Utilizing robotics and AI-enabled 3D computer vision for advanced cognitive automation, Prime Robotics said that Advanced TPS allows warehouse operators to quadruple productivity while achieving near-perfect inventory accuracy in a space saving footprint. The ability to build 108-inch tall, highly stable, mixed-case pallets at a rated capacity exceeding 350 cases per hour (CPH) is a competitive advantage for high-volume distribution customers in the food and beverage, third party logistics and wholesale industries. The Advanced TPS integrates an elevated picking platform with a fleet of AMRs delivering goods to eight independent pallet positions. Decentralized architecture enables maximum flexibility by allowing the system to dynamically assign tasks across all active positions. Prime Robotics, primerobotics.com, Booth C13991
