The components of vaQgrip modular vacuum gripper system from Impaqt Robotics were introduced at Automate 2025 in Detroit.
India-based modular end-of-arm tooling manufacturer Impaqt Robotics announced the launch of vaQgrip Click at Automate 2025.
The company said vaQgrip Click is a first-of-its-kind modular vacuum gripper system designed to simplify and accelerate robotic deployment across industries. VaQgrip Click eliminates the need for custom engineering, external tubing and long integration cycles, featuring a patent-pending twist-to-connect architecture and fully internal vacuum routing. This makes vacuum automation faster, cleaner and scalable.
Automate 2025 is May 12-15 in Detroit’s Huntington Place, and Impaqt Robotics is in Booth 5915.
Impaqt Robotics said vaQgrip is built for integrators, distributors and manufacturers. The company added it brings plug-and-play simplicity to what has traditionally been a complex and time-consuming process. The system enables fast configuration and reconfiguration of vacuum gripping setups using standardized components that connect without tools or wiring. With its compact, lightweight design and universal compatibility, vaQgrip Click supports collaborative and industrial robots across packaging, palletizing and pick-and-place applications.
“Vacuum EOAT has remained largely unchanged for decades,” said Anuj Bihani, founder and CEO of Impaqt Robotics. It still relies on one-off builds, external plumbing and rework every time something changes. vaQgrip Click changes that. It’s a modular system you can install in minutes, scale with ease and trust for industrial performance without the usual engineering burden.”
Impaqt Robotics highlighted the following features and potential benefits of the system:
Impaqt Robotics said vaQgrip Click is built on a modular system of standardized components that connect without tools.
The setup begins with a “Dock” which attaches to the robot and distributes vacuum to the rest of the system. “Pods” hold vacuum cups in various layout options and are compatible with industry-standard cup brands, giving users full flexibility in selecting gripping solutions.
“Offsets” allow for positional adjustments, while “Hubs” support more complex multi-pod configurations. All components connect using the vaQlock twist-to-connect mechanism, keeping vacuum flow sealed inside the system without the need for external tubing.
