Serve said that this expansion builds on its nationwide rollout and supports the company’s commitment to bringing sustainable delivery offerings to dense urban markets, helping reduce costs, traffic and emissions.

“South Florida has proven to be an incredible market for autonomous delivery,” said Dr. Ali Kashani, co-founder and CEO of Serve Robotics. “Building on our success in Miami, the expansion to Fort Lauderdale allows us to serve more communities, support more restaurant partners, and continue scaling our low-emissions delivery network across the region.”

In the last 12 months, the company has launched and expanded in cities nationwide, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta, and deepened partnerships with major national brands, like Little Caesars.

“Uber Eats is excited to extend our partnership with Serve Robotics into Alexandria,” said Aaron Emrich, global head of autonomous delivery at Uber. “Together, we’re enabling more consumers to experience the convenience and novelty of robot-powered delivery, while helping merchants serve their customers in new ways."

Serve Robotics, which acquired Vayu Robotics in 2025, plans on expanding its delivery markets in 2026.
