New 100GigE cameras in Emergent’s ZENITH series use back-illuminated Sony Pregius S sensors. These cameras are well-suited for high-speed inspection tasks such as semiconductor wafer and panel inspection, flat panel display manufacturing and electronics assembly. Their combination of ultra-high resolution and frame rates also supports advanced machine vision in battery production, precision metrology and automated optical inspection (AOI). With low-latency data transfer and precise synchronization, they enable scalable, multi-camera systems for next-generation automated manufacturing lines. The flagship HZ-100-SB offers 105-megapixel (MP) resolution and 113 frames per second (fps) with the Sony IMX927 sensor for ultra-high-detail inspection. The HZ-12000-SB focuses on fast-moving applications that still need high resolution, featuring a Sony IMX926 sensor with 12.4 MP at up to 662 fps. And the HZ-25000-SB uses the Sony IMX925 sensor to deliver 24.6 MP at up to 443 fps. Emergent Vision Technologies, emergentvisiontec.com, Booth 977
