Equipped with FerRobotics’ patented force control technology, the AAK 525 now combines all the advantages of the multifunctional AAK 515 with a high-performance dust extraction system designed for the most demanding production environments. The AAK 525 addresses the challenge of significant debris from industrial grinding, sanding and polishing with its modular suction hood. Its design enables users to remove dust and particles directly at the point of contact when processing materials such as carbon fiber, composites and wood. At the core of the AAK 525 is FerRobotics’ Active Compliant Technology (ACT) mechatronic system that allows the end-effector to apply a constant, defined contact force of up to 160 N.
