With a strategic investment from Rockwell Automation, RightHand Robotics piece picking systems can be integrated with other systems, such as AutoStore ASRS and OTTO Motors AMRs.
Robotic piece picking systems provider RightHand Robotics recently announced a strategic investment from digital transformation company Rockwell Automation.
The companies said this investment signals a step forward in advancing automation technologies for logistics, order fulfillment, and warehousing operations.
"This investment reflects a shared commitment to driving automation forward,” said Yaro Tenzer, RightHand Robotics co-founder and CEO. “Integrators can confidently adopt RightPick, knowing it’s backed by years of development and now supported by a global automation leader. Together, we’re making robotic fulfillment more accessible and scalable for warehouses worldwide.
RightHand will exhibit its RightPick system at LogiMAT 2025 in Dematic’s booth 1H61 and Element Logic’s booth 1H21. LogiMAT will be held March 11-13 at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre in Stuttgart, Germany.
RightHand will also exhibit its RightPick system at ProMat 2025 in Universal Robots’ booth N6715 and Element Logic’s booth S4307. ProMat 2025 will be held March 17-20 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Ill.
Combining RightHand Robotics' robotic piece picking technology with Rockwell Automation’s industry knowledge, the collaboration aims to offer smarter, more efficient, and fully integrated automation systems for supply chains worldwide.
"Rockwell Automation recognizes the importance of the system integrator ecosystem in providing complete automated systems to the market,” said Evan Kaiser, Rockwell Automation industry sales director for warehousing and logistics. “RightHand Robotics enables us to bring more tools to empower these integrators to build intelligent material handling solutions for the market.”
RightHand Robotics has deployed its RightPick system to customers globally, including for Apotea in Sweden, APO in The Netherlands, and Staples in the U.S.
As global supply chains increasingly demand predictable fulfillment, RightPick said it can deliver reliable, scalable systems for handling diverse SKUs in fast-moving warehouse environments.
While customers continue to look for ways to future proof their operations, Rockwell and Righthand Robotics said they are committed to empowering customers on their journey into the future of industrial automation.
"We’re excited to work with RightHand Robotics on their commitment to making it easier for integrators to seamlessly integrate robotic picking into automation projects - reducing risk and time to market," said Matt Rendall, Clearpath Robotics by Rockwell Automation CEO.
Clearpath was acquired by Rockwell Automation in 2023.
