10 Humanoid Robotic Companies to Look Out For

Last week, Tesla CEO Elon Musk introduced a working prototype of Optimus, the automaker’s humanoid robot. Musk first teased the robot in September 2021. Like Xiaomi’s humanoid, the Tesla Bot walked around a stage. The company said the robot was designed based on the self-driving capabilities found in Tesla’s electric vehicles. The robot can walk and features two hands with fingers and opposable thumbs. Musk said the company plans to take orders for the robot in the next three to five years.

Humanoid robots may seem like the stuff of science fiction, but these companies are making them a reality.
