Robot on Rails said it is “seeking to become the automation standard for life sciences laboratories,” with a rail-mounted robot arm driven by 3D lidar and computer vision. Its goal is to replace complicated programming for motion planning with an intuitive point-and-click interface.
The Cambridge, Mass.-based startup will work with FESTO to connect to new labs interested in using its product and to find team members for development and deployment.
