The pre-engineered gantry palletizing kit combines mechanics, controls and software into a foundation that speeds deployment while delivering higher payloads, full workspace coverage and industrial-grade reliability. System integrators and machine builders can select an FPaKit by load capacity: 44 lb (20 kg) for the LW2x kit, 66 lb (30 kg) for the LW3x kit, and up to 110 lb (50 kg) for the MW4x customized kit. Festo palletizing software features an easy-to-use web browser interface (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) that doesn't require programming knowledge. A one-click function supports fast adjustments to changing pack patterns.
